Kent facilitates the strategic direction and growth of the existing MARCK Industries portfolio of companies and directs new investment opportunities. He received his BS in Finance from Missouri State University. Kent is a proven entrepreneur and business leader able to scale and grow businesses.

Kent began his career in 1994 when he became employed by Fulton Sanitation. During this time his father’s business built a MRF in Rogers, Arkansas, for Fulton Sanitation. Today, this is MARCK’s largest operating facility. While Kent was working in a Sales position he decided to make a move to Kansas City and work for Bat Liner Paper. During this time Kent and a friend debated starting their own recycling business. From these discussions MARCK was born, and Kent made that conversation into a reality.

Kent’s goal started out small to make $50,000.00 a year. Kent now has 7 recycling facilities, 2 waste facilities, and a brokerage service under the MARCK umbrella. Kent created RL Transport in order to help the logistics of plant and mill loads. To further MARCK’s green portfolio Kent is also invested in Carbon Cycle located in North Carolina, which takes natural waste and converts it into natural gas.
